We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This page states what that means in practice, what we test, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

What we do
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard, and the focus indicator is always visible.
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
- Forms have labelled fields, describe their errors in text, and present an error summary that receives focus.
- Motion is decorative and is disabled when your system requests reduced motion.
- Page content is server-rendered and remains readable without client-side scripting.
Known limitations
- The bot-protection widget on our forms is supplied by a third party and we do not control its internal markup.
- If you cannot complete a form for any reason, write to hello@imeset.com and a person will handle your enquiry directly.

- We acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and treat blocking issues as defects, not as feature requests.
